Changing to using the browser was not smart. Bugs with this app all over the place. I dont get any sound on any of my units. If we are using FB, we are already in a browser that supports FB. Why make an extra step to sign into the browser to use this app?
I have sent support complaints about the sound not working, & all I get is the basic IT run-a-round to clean history, allow pop-ups, make sure the app settings are set .... Like Im not smart enough to already know to do this before I contact support?
Return the app back to FB & fix all the problems you made.
Totally dissatisfied with this app now.
