Customer satisfaction? Theyre NOT interested!
Im sad to give this game 1 star, but I have to. The game itself is fun, but the owners are disinterested in the users experiences. They seem to care only for the almighty dollar. Here is what I posted for them on their Facebook page:
When will BB start listening AND actually applying fixes to our complaints? It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that our simple suggestions are not even addressed!
There should be NO LIMIT on the amount of credits we collect from friends. Daily credits and coins should be substantially higher than the measly scraps we have to work too hard to achieve. We should be offered an hourly, (or at least every 2 hours) bonus. Take a page out of the books of some other apps, like the Wizard of Oz slots. They respect their users, offer timely bonuses, listen to complaints/suggestions, AND actually apply them!
The items in each room are already way too hard to get, so there is no need for ungiftables! ABSOLUTELY NO UNGIFTABLES!!
These problems have been systematically sucking the fun out of a game that has such potential to be incredible.
Please BB, take a moment to reflect on the total user experience. We are frustrated, and we are many.
