No credits

So Im not one to complain about this game, but yesterday sept 20, I played the tournament. Had a score of 1275 and this morning didnt get my rewards. Odd I tell yah. Also noticed that sometimes Im losing a tournament round when the game has froze and havent even played. Please help with this
