Im a long-time fan of this game. Ive been playing for the entire five years its been in existence and would recommend it to anyone. But there are occasional issues that arise, and Ive had my share of problems with it, too. For example, after playing a game, suddenly it might freeze and I wont be credited with the bingo wins or rewards I should have received. Lately my biggest worry is my XP points arent adding into my total, despite seemingly being added in. The total never grows, its stuck on the same number, so Im not moving to my next level. Im on level 102, so you can see Ive been playing a long time. Another frustration is when playing the free tournament round every day, I can NEVER achieve a high enough score to earn the elusive red gem, which only the top 200 scorers can get. Five years and never a score close to 2000+ points. There are a lot of people like me, so I dont worry about it and just keep playing, hoping my luck will change "someday."
