So fun

Changing to using the browser was not smart. Bugs with this app all over the place. I dont get any sound on any of my units. If we are using FB, we are already in a browser that supports FB. Why make an extra step to sign into the browser to use this app? I have sent support complaints about the sound not working, & all I get is the basic IT run-a-round to clean history, allow pop-ups, make sure the app settings are set .... Like Im not smart enough to already know to do this before I contact support? Return the app back to FB & fix all the problems you made. Totally dissatisfied with this app now.

Id give it zero stars if I could. This was great when I first started playing, but you just cannot complete a round anymore. I assume it is to get you to buy credits, but its the same result even you buy credits. If you enjoy frustration and disappointment. This is the game for you!

I love this game!!!

Its a fun game but its frustrating when the game freezes and when it starts again, the bingo round is over or you miss numbers because the game will spit out all of the missed numbers at one time.

So many problems with this app. The slots close as you are doing well and remove coins, the app randomly closes, I have contacted the support team 5 times and only received a response once! The app now refuses to open just opens to a blank screen. The "random" boosts it gives you when you purchase arnt random because I have 99+ of treasure chests and xp boosts but nothing else. This app is a pain numbers sometimes refuse to load and you miss out!

I like the game but just cant seem to ever win its so sad that some players get bingo on 2 numbers why is that

What is the point of tournaments if you get nothing for bingos?

The games are darn near impossible to complete as it is! Theyre turning into an online gambling site basically. Now theyve changed the app to run through a browser. This is an app and should run through the Facebook app! Way to many glitches and what a huge hassle this is now. Just more disappointment.

This game freezes up a lot. Im losing points and chances. This need to be fixed.

Im sad to give this game 1 star, but I have to. The game itself is fun, but the owners are disinterested in the users experiences. They seem to care only for the almighty dollar. Here is what I posted for them on their Facebook page: When will BB start listening AND actually applying fixes to our complaints? It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that our simple suggestions are not even addressed! There should be NO LIMIT on the amount of credits we collect from friends. Daily credits and coins should be substantially higher than the measly scraps we have to work too hard to achieve. We should be offered an hourly, (or at least every 2 hours) bonus. Take a page out of the books of some other apps, like the Wizard of Oz slots. They respect their users, offer timely bonuses, listen to complaints/suggestions, AND actually apply them! The items in each room are already way too hard to get, so there is no need for ungiftables! ABSOLUTELY NO UNGIFTABLES!! These problems have been systematically sucking the fun out of a game that has such potential to be incredible. Please BB, take a moment to reflect on the total user experience. We are frustrated, and we are many. Do something!

Game payouts are not high enough when you are at 15 credits. There is no way you can get through round without buying more credits . The game is fun but too expensive.

Game says it is unable to register my games. Froze up. Was playing fine, now screwed up. Fix this thing, please.

This was my best game ever... Until every time theres a problem you never get answers on how they will fix the problem... Because they never due. This is a upsetting bingo game. Please read and this review and work on improving your app. Thanks.

Game crashes when you click a room. Every time.
